Earth’s Gifts policy is to use payment gateways for all online credit card transactions. Earth’s Gifts do not receive any of your credit card details simply a message to say the transaction was completed successfully. Credit card details are never processed by this website and you can be confident we would never transmit such sensitive information by email.
Funds are not taken from credit cards until goods are dispatched.
Earth’s gifts believe it is unfair to take funds from credit cards until the goods are dispatched. When you place an order a shadow transaction is made on your credit card to prevent you accidentally exceeding your limit but NO funds are drawn at this stage. Only when the goods are ready for dispatch do we make the charge against your credit card.
