Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any goods returns unused and undamaged within 7 days from the day after the goods were received, with the exception of perishable goods, gift wrapping and earrings for reasons of hygiene, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Where goods are returned for exchange or refund postage is non refundable. The refunded amount will be the amount paid LESS the postage costs. Where a purchase was eligible for free postage the amount refunded will be the purchase price LESS the normal price of postage that would have been charged, if postage was due, for the class of postage selected.

If you wish to return goods please notify Earths Gifts in writing and obtain a returns authorisation note (RAN). this will detail how and where to return the goods to. Goods returned without a RAN will not be accepted. Goods that are returned should be packaged to prevent damage and sent using recorded or special delivery. Earths Gifts will not provide an exchange or a refund for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend taking out insurance against these eventualities.

Earths gifts have not undertaken any scientific studies to verify their validity. The healing properties of gemstones should never be relied upon as the only course of treatment in the case of illness. In particular gemstones should never be used as an alternative to conventional treatments and medicines.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Secure website purchasing

Products displayed on this site are available while stocks last.

Product photographs are provided to give an indication of size, quality, colours etc. We take great effort to produce high quality photographs, but due to differences in monitors we are unable to guarantee the colour you see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

All sizes, dimensions and weights are approximate, however we always endeavour to make measurements as accurate as possible.

We currently only accept payment from the United Kingdom. Goods may be paid for by credit card, paypal or nochex transfer. Credit card payment will be processed online using either a Paypal secure payment gateway or NoChex secure payment gateway. Customers with a NoChex account will be able to make purchases by credit card up to the value of £300 per day. customers without a NoChex account will still be able to make credit card payments, however a limit of £100 per day will apply.

Shipping and handling

Unless stated otherwise for orders exceeding £30, we offer FREE delivery to mainland UK destinations. For orders below £30 a small handling charge of £2.95 is added.

For non mainland UK destinations there is a flat rate charge of £4.95 irrespective of order value.

Package and handling charges apply to all items for sale, the cost of packaging and handling is included in the sale price for the item at a rate of 12% of the purchase price. Hence the price displayed is the price you pay and includes the price for packaging and handling.

Packaging and handling is made to order and is non refundable. Where goods are returned for exchange or refund, the refunded amount will be the amount paid LESS the cost of packaging and handling. The cost of packaging and handling will be 12% of the total price of the returned item(s) OR £2.95 whichever is greater.

We endeavour to dispatch goods within 48hrs and will notify customers immediately if this will not be possible. In most cases we dispatch within 24 hrs.

Where items ordered are not in stock we do not substitute alternatives without prior discussion with the customer. If an item ordered is not in stock, where appropriate and with the customers agreement the item will be back ordered. If this occurs you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

vat

The price displayed for a product is the price you will pay, there are no additional taxes or VAT to be added.
