A hematite bracelet. Size approx 5mm wide. Elasticated cord unstretched diameter approx 52mm.
The main use of hematite in healing is for grounding and protecting negative energies from entering the aura. Hematite is considered as a gemstone which helps provide inner strength. For chakra healing hematite can be used as either a grounding stone or placed on the base chakra.
